AriseRFP — Setup Guide

1. Install the AriseRFP add-on

1. Open the Google Workspace Marketplace and search for AriseRFP.
2. Click Install and grant the requested permissions when Google prompts.
3. Open any Google Sheet and select Extensions → AriseRFP → Open sidebar.

2. Authorize your account

1. The first time you open the sidebar you'll be asked to authorize Google Sign-In.
2. Use the same Google account you registered with on rfp.arise-technology.com.
3. If your account is not yet provisioned, register a free trial account at /register first.

3. Prepare your sheet

1. Place RFP requirements in column A (one per row, starting at row 2).
2. Open the AriseRFP sidebar and pick the Vendor and Product you want to evaluate against.
3. Click Analyze. Compliance verdict, explanation, and references are written to columns B–F.

4. Upload vendor documentation

The web portal at /vendors manages your reference documents. You can upload PDFs, DOCX, XLSX, or use the URL crawler.
